The location of the hotel is great as it is opposite Sainsburys for easy food shopping and close to the city centre. Next door is a standard-pub restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner. the room was clean and the staff were friendly.
There were some noise issues in the rooms, particularly on the ground floor, with heavy footsteps from the room above causing disturbance during the night.

I had a surprisingly peaceful stay at this hotel, despite expecting noise from the adjacent car park and restaurant. The combination of blackout curtains and comfy bed allowed me to sleep soundly, and the location of the hotel was ideal, being very close to the city centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small secure safe. The prices were reasonable, and I was pleased with the breakfast provided.
All was satisfactory.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Free parking was a bonus. Spacious and clean room with a good-sized TV.
The room was uncomfortably hot, even with the window slightly open and the fan on. No air conditioning was available.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic value for money. For the price we paid, the quality and level of service exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, warm, and had a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows to choose from. We also appreciated the small secure safe in the room, which provided extra peace of mind. The staff were very nice and attentive, and we found the basic amenities, such as the tea and coffee supplies, to be plentiful. Additionally, the location of this hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated just off the roundabout and close to the city centre, making it easy for us to explore and do any food shopping.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.
